Who doesn’t love a good glass of rosé? I’m a big fan and it’s always a nice cocktail choice either in the summertime or as a celebratory drink. It’s great to celebrate with sparkling rosé all year round. Honestly, you kind of can’t go wrong with a good glass of rosé sparkling or still, am I right? Today’s recipe is perfect for enjoying for a holiday soiree, ringing in the New Year, or making for a cool refreshing sweet treat in the summer. It’s the year-round recipe you’ll love!

Rosé Jello Shots Recipe
While doing a search for recipes for this, I found a pretty standard ratio that you can play around with based on desired sweetness. You basically need a 1:1 ratio of liquid to gelatin packet. So here we have 2 cups of liquid to fill up 4 coupe glasses that is made with 2 packets of gelatin. This would also make 16 shots too if you preferred to set them up that way.

What You Need
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups of your favorite sparkling or flat rosé
- 1/4 cup of Luxardo sour cherry gin
- Raspberries or lemon peel for garnish
- 2 Packets of unflavored gelatin
Directions
Step one
Make your simple syrup which is just equal parts water and sugar. Just heat and stir in a small saucepan until dissolved. Then add your gelatin and let it bloom for a couple of minutes. Then whisk over low heat until the gelatine has dissolved.
Step Two
Remove from heat and let cool slightly (not for long just helps to prevent tons of bubbling from the sparkling wine) and add in your rosé and gin. Pour into coupe glasses.
Step Three
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until firm. To serve, garnish with raspberries or a lemon peel.
TIP: If you don’t have sour cherry gin, you can swap for another berry infused liquor, or just use all rosé. So long as you keep the 1:1 ratio, you’re good to go. Same goes for the simple syrup. If your rosé is super sweet, you can reduce the simple syrup and increase the rosé.

Serving Rosé Jello Shots
Whether you make shots or fill up coupe glasses, serving rosé jello is always fun! You can even make these in a sheet pan and cut them into squares, or hearts for Valentine’s Day. You can even get really festive and top with some edible glitter which would make them sparkle. The ideas are really limitless here! They’re perfect for a New Years Eve party, a Bachelorette Party, or even just a little get together with your friends. Whip them up to watch Bachelor Monday’s with a delicious charcuterie board. They’re a fun way to enjoy your favorite rosé.
My only recommendation when serving this rosé jello treat is to make sure you keep them refrigerated until ready to serve. You don’t want them getting melty from sitting out too long.
